Lauri’s experience, know-how, and tenacity come from 20 years at Epicor Software. Over this time span, she went from her first position to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services. In her EVP role, Lauri managed more than 1,400 sales and services professionals worldwide and generated nearly $200M in annual revenue. She also excelled at leadership, ensuring global methodologies and standards across Epicor’s worldwide sales and consulting operations. Along with her team, Lauri led a joint approach, bringing together Epicor sales and authorized partners with the unifying mission to grow the channel and deliver unequaled value to customers worldwide.

After helping to grow Epicor into a market leader, Lauri co-founded KeyedIn, with the vision of bringing the power and benefits of the cloud to custom manufacturers around the world. Today, as CEO, she remains a champion of the manufacturing industry and a global advocate of custom manufacturers “going to the cloud” to increase competitiveness, operational performance, and business growth.

Having spent more than two decades helping manufacturers improve their operations by deploying and configuring custom ERP solutions, Nancy is a vocal advocate of the needs of KIMCO customers.

As a professional services leader at both Epicor and Insite, Nancy became an expert at matching the capabilities of an ERP system with the unique business requirements of manufacturers to ensure the solution delivers value on day one and for years thereafter.

Today Nancy leverages that unique skill set and experience to help custom manufacturers make a seamless transition from spreadsheets and disconnected tools to a single, cloud-based ERP solution.

As Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Tim Short is responsible for ensuring KIMCO customers not only successfully implement KIMCO software, but also that they achieve their long-term business objectives and form a lasting partnership with the KIMCO team. In executing those responsibilities, Tim leads teams of experienced professional services consultants, support technicians, training and education practitioners, and customer success managers.

Having spent most of his 20+ year career helping leaders at organizations of all sizes meet business challenges with the careful application of new technology, Tim has a keen sense of the struggles manufacturing owners and operators face in fulfilling their demanding roles. With that knowledge and experience, Tim has been instrumental in growing the KIMCO customer experience organization into a world-class team of domain experts who are deeply invested in the success of KIMCO customers.

Prior to KIMCO, Tim held leadership positions in customer experience, professional services and portfolio management at Workfront, CHG Healthcare, Twinlab and Robert Half International. Tim studied business at The University of Utah, and holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova University.

As the CPO, Matt leads product direction and the strategic advancement of KIMCO's solution offerings. He is an experienced product leader with over 30 years in the ERP and application software industry. He has a passion for delivering customer success through innovation and the use of new technology, combined with best practices to create world class-products. Throughout his career, Matt has gained an exceptional talent for improving efficiencies and optimizing strengths.

Prior to KIMCO, Matt held various leadership roles at Sage, Clear Business Outcomes, and spent ten years in sales and product roles at Epicor Software. Matt’s deep understanding of the enterprise market and software procurement models coupled with strengths in finance make him a well-rounded leader that gets results.
